• Unlike flatware, silverware (made of silver or silver-plated material) requires more specific care.
• Do not use silverware care methods on Liberty Tabletop flatware, as it is made from stainless steel and does not tarnish like silver.
• Silverware care methods may include polishing with silver polish or using specialized cleaning solutions.

Buffing Compound Residue

• Sometimes, you may notice a black substance on your flatware. This is buffing compound from the final polishing process.
• The buffing compound is nontoxic and can be easily removed.
• To remove any residual compound, soak your flatware in warm, soapy water for about 15-20 minutes.

Return & Refund Policy for Liberty Tabletop Flatware

At Loudblade, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your flatware purchase from Liberty Tabletop. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, except as stated below, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. The product must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns:

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required to process any returns.

• The refund amount will be credited to your account within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Special Conditions:

• Large Orders: The Liberty Tabletop return policy is not designed to allow large purchasers to use and return merchandise. Large orders, in excess of $500.00, or multiple orders for the same customer exceeding this amount, where merchandise is returned after use, are subject to review and denial at the sole discretion of Liberty Tabletop.

• Order Total $99.00 and Up: Free shipping.
• Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority, UPS Express, UPS SurePost, or FedEx Express, and typically take 2-5 business days for delivery.
• Please Note: Orders shipping to the West Coast, HI, AK, or APO/FPO addresses may take longer in some cases.

Special Shipping Notes:

• APO/FPO and PO Boxes: Orders to these addresses will ship only via USPS.

Processing Time:
